Protein-Packed Snack!




Although it appears kind of messy and not very pretty, I wanted to share my go-to snack with you all. I eat this almost everyday, either as part of my lunch or for my afternoon snack. It consists of a carton of non fat vanilla chobani greek yogurt, 1 cup pb bumpers cereal, and whatever type of berries we have in the house. It is a yummy snack that has a lot of protein (which I tend to not get enough of during the day), calcium, and it gets in a fruit serving or two.

  1. hey love! just got your question -- okay, so with the whole anonymous thing on my blog .. i just decided to go in full force and say who i was just because most everyone in my life knows about my struggles and my recovery - i've tried to be super open with it so i don't think anyone would be surprised with what they found if they did come across my blog. However, i do know a bunch of girls who don't giveaway their names for fear of people finding out - soo ultimately its all about how comfortable you feel with what your posting and if you wouldn't mind someone you know reading it :) hope this helps!
